LODGING POLICIES

DEPOSIT
A deposit equal to 50% of the stay is due at the time of booking. The credit card on file will be charged between 1–14 days prior to your arrival. If you wish yto use a different card, please call us before your 14 day arrival.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
IF YOU ARE USING A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR Gift Card, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION. THANK YOU. We cannot accept Prepaid Credit Cards. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

CONFIRMATION
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your SPAM mail. . IF you do not receive a confirmation email and it is not in your SPAM mail, please give us a call at 859-974-0028 to confirm your reservation and email address.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00–6:00 PM.
If you are going to be later than 6:00 PM, please call to make arrangements for a stress-free late arrival/check-in. We very much appreciate this consideration. 859-974-0028
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM.
EARLY CHECK-IN
If you need to pick up keys and drop off luggage earlier than the 4:00 check-in, please give us a call and we will do our very best to accommodate.

BREAKFAST TIMES
Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am. At check-in, we always ask what time you would like to eat your breakfast because it is prepared just before we serve it to you to ensure that your meal is at its freshest.

If you need to eat earlier than 8:00 due to business, appointments or travel plans and would like an earlier breakfast, please let us know. We can usually provide coffee/tea, fruit and yogurt for earlier breakfasts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Wildflower Ranch Inn
is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee per room. You refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a 50% partial refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Absolutely NO Smoking or Firearms on the property at any time. We are a NON-SMOKING INN: No smoking is ever permitted indoors for any reason. Smoking is permitted on the grounds 50 feet from the entry. This is non-negotiable. For anyone smoking inside the inn, or suites, or guesthouse, you will be charged a cleaning charge of $300 and be asked to vacate immediately.

No Pets. We have a cat named Ruby and a dog named Jade on-site. They are never allowed in guestrooms. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your own pet.

Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.

GRATUITY:
Our housekeeping team excels in maintaining the cleanliness of our rooms, and suites. They take pride in ensuring that your accommodations are spotless and sanitized. A gratuity of 10% or more for our housekeeping and kitchen staff is greatly appreciated, especially when you have booked the entire house. Thank you for your kind consideration.
